Let me offer this disclaimer up front: I am NOT physically all that fit. In fact, I'm overweight and far too inactive. But here's a website that offers help for those of us "less than fit," as well as those of you who want a useful daily workout routine -- "CrossFit.com." The site describes itself as "the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide."
Hard to go wrong with a site like that! They offer a wealth of information on health and fitness, as well as step-by-step instructions in fitness, exercise routines, and health for beginners right up through world-class fitness experts. This site just could make a "new" person out of the "old" me.
